HabitatReport ("we", "our") collects information necessary to deliver property diagnostic reports:

• Property Addresses: The municipal addresses or postcodes you enter to query public environmental datasets.
• Contact Information: Your email address when you voluntarily request a diagnostic report passport.
• Transaction Data: Billing information processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Generate, transmit, and cache property environmental scores.
• Deliver transactional report tokens and follow-up remediation intelligence.
• Improve predictive geolocation models across regional water and air baselines.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is processed through compliant infrastructure: Supabase (encrypted database storage), Loops.so (email delivery), and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing).

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
